How it Works
End users self-subscribe via a web interface to set up their account and credit card payment details.
Once issued with an ID and PIN, they can book conferences from the interface, select how many listeners, how many talkers, recording option, time, date and duration required.
The system issues a conference ID and PIN for each new event.
At the allocated time participants dial in and use their ID and PIN to join the conference.
The number of conference participants supported is determined by the physical resources in the system such as phone lines.
Includes instant conference feature where the conference convenor enters participant numbers for the system to dial and join them together.
