Never Busy Fax
Answers fax calls when your fax line is busy, then tries to forward to your fax number when your line is free again.
An ideal solution for telcos and service providers to entice loyalty and new revenue streams from their subscribers. Also used by corporate and government where high volumes of faxes are being recieved and phone lines are a precious finite resource.
Never Busy Fax is configurable for re-tries, for example:
Retry 1min later
Retry 3min later
Retry 5min later
Retry 20min later
Send an email saying we are trying to send you a fax
Retry 1hr later
Retry 12hrs later
Send an email saying the fax has not been able to be delivered after [configurable] hours.
Includes a fax to email option, giving the provider the ability to offer two levels of service and price offerings.
Includes a browser admin interface for provider to provision customers, view status of each event, and view reports.
