1300PLUS is fully integrated into the carrier network, providing a true 'switched' call solution.
Our point of difference is two fold:

Customers can select their 1300 or 1800 number online, enter their answering number, hit save and they are in business.
For the first time ever, customers now have immediate connection of their numbers, thereby eliminating waiting for your carrier.
Additionally, users can login and change their answering number 24 hours a day, thereby avoiding having to pay a
heafty premium to have 24 emergency call diversion facilities.
2. Integrated IVR, voicemail and more
1300PLUS is part of the Virtual Office product and as such includes all the IVR, voicemail-2-email,
fax-2-email, call recording etc features tightly integrated to 1300 & 1800 numbers.
This saves complexity and cost as competitors have to cobble various different products together to
acheive even a lesser product, and then their call fees escallate as calls connect between disparate
telephone networks.
1300PLUS has just completed a successful pilot market with approximately 500 services.
